As a tertiary care Hospital, we provide our medical care through medical centers called “Cluster”. We have 22 clusters, which consist of general surgery center, medicine center, women center, pediatric center, heart center, brain and spine center, diabetic center, eye center, ear, throat and nose center, musculoskeletal center, gastrointestinal center, beast center etc.

We are a flagship center for brain-spine related disease, cancer treatment, anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Some of the innovative medical treatments, which we establish in bringing the best benefits for patient’s quality of life, are as follows:
 

       ·   Minimally invasive spinal cord and spine surgery with less pain and fast recovery via endoscope and laser. We are known to be the first hospital in Thailand to perform this technique. Other techniques for fast recovery are cement balloon and nucleoplasty. 
       ·   Minimally Invasive brain Surgery by navigator
       ·    Acute stroke treatment by Drip & Shift Strategy. This will maximize the golden period from 3-4.5 hours to 10 hours. In addition, we have a Radiologic Intervention to resolve and retrieve clots with a very high innovative technology
       ·    Post stroke management with high technology by applying computerized games and a robotic machine to help in early ambulation
       ·    Cancer treatment     
           An Integrated Medicine will be used to treat those who suffer cancer. Each cancer patient will have a personalized treatment plan. The   personalized treatment plan will be considered during a Tumor Conference, which is conducted by a Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT  Team) consisted of various oncology specialists. As a result, we will be able to design the proper treatment plan to develop a better  quality of life, efficiently and effectively. The MDT committee is composed of the President of Oncology of Thailand, the Chief of Department of Oncology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Oncology Professor from Faculty of Medicine (Ramathibodi Hospital), President of Liver related disease of Thailand and President of Colon related disease etc. 
        ·   Anti-aging and regenerative Medicine
           Our Anti-aging center is one of our new innovative medical services. An anti-aging plan will be considered by an anti-aging specialist, genetic specialist, sports medicine specialist and an endocrine specialist under AMDT Phyathai I Anti-Aging Multidisciplinary Team  (AMDT)
